Of course I was having a problem and eventually called Charlie for help. He was already at home,but spent a solid 20 minutes on the phone with me trying to guide me thru the issue. After still having problems, Charlie and his wife left their home and came back again. Charlie remedied the problem in 2 minutes and my Kids were cheering for them as they you watch their dvd lol.
